Loop speed Meta Controllers

This function adds two new meta controllers to set the Master Loop speed, and a targetted layer loop speed.

Meta controllers are instruments that, rather than playing notes, set an aspect of another layers notes. This function adds two new meta controllers:

• Master Loop Speed : This acts like the “set master loop speed” in the [PLAY] menu, setting the loop speed of all layers to the targetted value.
• Layer loop speed : Rather than set the master loop speed for all layers, this just sets the scale of the layer targetted by the meta controller, as defined in the Layers “Target Layer” menu item.

In both cases, the speed to use is indicated by the “note”. For example, in score mode, the lowest LED on the grid corresponds to the slowest speed, and the highest LED on the grid corresponds to highest speed.

Note that if Extended loop speeds is not selected, then only the lowest four notes change the loop speed, since there are only four possible loop speeds.
